Behind the Overlay: Github | Chrome | Firefox ~ Click on extension or assign a custom shortcut, default is Cmd+Shift+X (Mac OS X) or Ctrl+Shift+X (Windows / Linux).

Installing

Just Install the extension for Chrome | Firefox and you are done! that’s it, next time you see a pop-up; click on the extension and pop-up will be closed. You can also use a shortcut key to do the same.

  • Mac OS: Cmd+Shift+X (Mac OS X)
  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl+Shift+X

  • Go to extensions page by settings or paste this in address bar about:addons
  • Click on the little settings icon and select “Manage Extension Shortcuts”.
  • Now you’ll see a list of all extensions with assignable shortcuts.
  • Select Behind the Overlay and assign your shortcut keys
